Featured in a Book!

[UPDATE, June 29: The website cucweb.org is back online! Thanks to all those who beared with us all this while.]

I am particularly thrilled to be writing this post, because I am going to tell about this really incredible inclusion of my web design work in a prestigious book titled "The Web Designer's Idea Book", written by Patrick McNeil and published by How Books, Cincinnati, USA. One of my most celebrated web design work, CUCWeb.org (website now offline, though) has been featured in this book and I must tell you this is the probably the highest recognition a Nepali web design work has received so far.

However, I believe that it's not just me who should feel extremely happy and proud. I mean, this is a common honour for all of us (all Nepali people) that one website, from such a small market of such a small country, stands tall and proud together with almost best known names in the industry. I sincerely urge all Nepalese designers to aim high, and produce works better than this, more popular than this.

Lastly, many many thanks to Hari Bangsha Uncle, who without any skepticism allowed me to experiment in the CUCWeb website and Cheteze and others who believed in the website.

PS: and there is another good news coming from Princeton, New York. Will share that too once the papers come in my hands. [keep guessing]
